Betty Crocker does provide ...Yummy brownie recipe! <br />Betty Crocker does provide an oil-substitute recipe (in lieu of butter) for their GF mixes. Instead of 1/2 cup butter, they say use 1/3 cup oil. I was surprised this wasn't listed on the box directions, as some would assume it to be same-ratio substitution. <br /><br />In any event, we are so grateful for their delicious GF brownie mix!
